The new Ranger Performance Liner together with the upgraded TPU shell and collar increase shock absorption and stiffness, while offering progressive flex. This also improves durability and ease of entry. GripWalk® soles and the integrated ski/walk lever allow easy climbs to favorite spots, as well as secure walking in icy parking lots.

Excellent Walkability
When the best downhills are waiting on the other side of a long uphill, the Ranger Free's excellent walkability is a skier's best friend. Switch the integrated lever on the cuff to Walk mode for an excellent range of forward motion. For traversing rocks or ice, the GripWalk sole allows efficient onward and upward drive.

3D Pre-Shaped Ankle
Preformed ankle pockets perfectly match the foot anatomy providing a snug comfortable fit.

Integrated Ski/Walk Buckle
The ski/walk lever is integrated into the upper cuff buckle, enabling incredibly easy handling and assurance that it will not be switched unintentionally.

TPU Cuff & Shell
Thermoshape polyurethane (TPU) material is the benchmark and industry standard for race products, as it offers superior ski boot "suspension" compared to polyamide or polypropylene mixtures. TPU makes for a phenomenal ski experience due to the rebound and energy transfer characteristics. ZoneFit and Vacuum moldable at 120° C.
